On the Road with Heena

It's going to be hard to tie the enterprising Heena to the anchor desk. She came up with a great story about moving auto repair garages and other kinds of "workshops" to a new zone near the water, away from residential blocks. One of these workshops caught on fire a few months ago and six homes were destroyed. There is room for about 24 workshops on the new plot, but there are more than 200 of them operating legally or illegally in the city.

I went out into the field with Heena and her cameraman to put into practice some of the techniques we have been talking about in the workshops. She did walking and talking standups as if she has been doing them all her life. Here she is interviewing a Male municipal official at the new site. We'll finish up tomorrow by going to a neighborhood to talk to residents and a workshop owner.
