We are not the first media trainers in the Maldives. It seems like they are in a constant training mode with everyone from CNN to the BBC passing through. However, the changes in news coverage haven't kept pace with the rapid changes in the country and its system of government. We are the first group to include training for the managers so that they will be able to evaluate the young journalists -- and support them as they begin asking tougher questions.
