The view from my hotel room at the Cinnamon Grand has a sliver of Indian Ocean and a giant piece of the Colombo real estate bubble. Oceanfront condos sit half-built because of the economic downturn and the government is putting out a billion dollar bond issue in hopes of stimulating the economy.
