Time to wave goodbye to a building where I spent a lot of time in 2008, when it was the Ministry of Legal Reform, Information and Arts. The new government is closing the Information Ministry and making each department responsible for its own public relations. While this is a nice idea, not all of the ministries are ready to communicate with the press and public.I had an office here during this visit. Although I enjoyed the fast internet connection, the place was dark and nearly deserted most of the time, so I didn't spend much time here. Most of the offices will be transferred to a newer building that houses the Ministry of Tourism and Culture.
